The Toy and Original gang can't stand each other, they hate each other even if they haven't met everyone before. It's like a rule to them, so nobody's happy to see someone from the other gang between them nor having someone of their gang with the others. Freddy (second oldest), Frederick (Toy Freddy; youngest) and Ted (oldest) are the only siblings. Ted usually sticks with Freddy and the Original gang mostly because he isn't in so much of a good relationship with Frederick, but tends to sneak out to see what the Toys are doing as he never really cared about the rules. Frederick always had something to envy of his two older brothers which made him really protective of the things he has and his brothers haven't, for example the Toys. This is mostly why the Toys have to hate the Originals and that the Originals hate them. For some other personality traits of him, he can be sadistic and rude, he would push the others around and if they stand up for themselves, he would tell them that this is his place and rules, if they don't like that, they can get replaced. He would usually make the Toys feel worthless from time to time. Mangle usually is on Frederick's side and follow him in everything. He doesn't usually care about the other, however he enjoys their miseries. When the children tore him apart, nobody helped him and only Frederick was there to care a bit, so he wouldn't be there for the other Toys if they were in trouble. Tonnie and Tochi (Toy Chica) are the only ones in the Toy gang who actually care about each other, they are really close friends. Tochi usually has a big mouth and tend to flirtily tease the night guards instead of killing them. She tends to fight a lot with Mangle and is generally afraid of Frederick, so she wouldn't stand up for herself only remain silent because protecting her pride isn't worth losing her job for. Tonnie is egoistical and really prideful. He tends to fight a lot with Frederick if he picks on him or Tochi, but secretly he's really afraid of Frederick losing his temper once and tearing him apart as he's much stronger and larger. He's really emotional, but would never cry in front of anyone, so he usually hides somewhere to do that. He and Ted are in a rather teasing relationship, they call each other names which annoys the other and mostly tease each other with everything, however they are really close and would do anything to protect each other. They have to stay silent about their relationship because their gangs can't stand each other and Frederick would most likely punish Tonnie really badly for being with his brother as he's generally jealous of Ted getting everything he pleases, so he wouldn't let him have something that originally belonged to him which, in this case, is Tonnie. Ted is the oldest of all the others, so he is respected by everyone and sometimes even feared. He doesn't mean any harm other then teasing and not giving a fuck about anything, but if someone hurts someone who is close to him he would go violent. He gives a lot of headache to mostly Freddy by breaking the rules. He and Frederick tend to get in fights mostly over little things, but these fights are usually about who is over the other and he wins almost all the time. He can teleport which also drives everyone up the wall as he usually scares the shit out of everyone with it. Freddy is the one who takes all responsibilities and is the most mature one. He tends to worry about things more then he should and takes his work really seriously. He works a lot, so he is usually tired. Bonnie is . vain perfectionis who always searches for mistakes in everything and hates getting his hands dirty, however he can be really sweet with children and a tamed lap dog if it comes to Freddy. He is usually a bit bossy to Foxy and Chica, but still in a good relationship with them. Chica and Foxy are both rather childish and love playing together. Chica is usually bubbly and takes everything on her, she tends to care about the others, like helping Bonnie with the cleaning, brings Freddy coffee or pizza while he's doing the endless paperwork and keep Foxy company as he can't go out to the children and is usually bored. She loves cooking and baking, however she can't do either, but the others always force themselves to eat her cooking and complement it, so she wouldn't be upset. She also loves the children with all of her heart. Foxy is rather dumb and naive, but he has a big heart and loves everything and everything. He talks a lot which sometimes annoys the others. He doesn't get pervy jokes and is slow-minded. He tends to be really immature and have as much fun as possible. He loves hanging out with Chica and he's usually only with her as both Freddy and Bonnie are busy with keeping up the restaurant. He tends to sit on the counter tops in the kitchen when Chica is cooking something.
Yeah, that's all for now, I'll probably add more to it or change things 
About the picture, I worked a lot on this, much more then I should have xD
I still try to find a way to draw androids, they are hard to draw >.<
And I finally drew a digital thing of some of the humanized versions of the FNaF dorks :''D
By the way, I used a reference for the pose of a chibi picture which I forgot where it was or who made it, so sorry for not crediting .-.
